Description

Enforce Entra ID admin for PostgreSQL servers, just like we do for Azure SQL servers:

Remove variable active_directory_administrator
Add required variables:
- active_directory_administrator_login
- active_directory_administrator_object_id
Remove count meta-argument for resource azurerm_postgresql_active_directory_administrator
