Add functionality to write surfaces to the trends folder in RMS #1236

From RMS v.14.2 the rmsapi supports writing surfaces to the trends folder.

This enables the removal of the workaround here https://github.com/equinor/xtgeo/blob/934e94c34b04f219d0211b611b01b9670d3f205a/src/xtgeo/surface/_regsurf_roxapi.py#L192-L212
