Several tests are failing when i Roxar Env

When running tests in python environments spawned from Roxar/RmsApi python, several tests marked with @pytest..mark.requires_roxar fails. Causes:

• The xtgeo-testdata repo seems to miss a commit that inludes wells/reek/3 modification
• Deprecations that are removed in xtgeo 4 are not tested, so .e.g https://github.com/equinor/xtgeo/blob/96fb83a17ae225e97c39a47dff6bb9a712aba9d3/tests/test_roxarapi/test_roxarapi_reek.py#L463 fails.
• It seems that some enums introduced recently, are not returning the value, e.g. https://github.com/equinor/xtgeo/blob/96fb83a17ae225e97c39a47dff6bb9a712aba9d3/src/xtgeo/xyz/_xyz_roxapi.py#L102
