This is related to https://github.com/equinor/grid3d-maps/issues/140

An improved version of surface_from_grid3d function can greatly improve map operation when computing hc maps or average maps

This includes:

Avoid letting e.g. corners coordinates being recalculated several times in the C++ code
Let the function surface_from_grid3d() have the ability to retirn "raw" and multiple numpy arrays to avoid repeating similar calls
Explore benefits of OMP pragma in C++ to allow multiple processors at runtime
