THANK YOU!!! This'll make it safer for us to move towards a prototype deployment under the polyfill origin, since SW will prevent automatic upgrades unless manually overwritten. Awesome Awesome Awesome.

should have pulled this a while ago... the PR itself is not complete, but its progress in the right direction and the current files don't interfere/conflict with anything else, so I'm pulling in the meanwhile. Thanks again, you're a hero :), I'm not sure who else to ask to help sponsor you :/ but I'm gonna keep on thinking, and I should figure out who I know that lives in Miami to see if they can network you into some of the tech companies there.
