Cutscene for the 9-2 fight does not complete, softlocking the fight.

Forgive the lack of elaboration. BCNM Moon Reading for Windurst Mission 9-2 softlocks on the fight's opening cutscene.

Playing at above 30 FPS will make the opening CS lock up. Limiting the framerate to 30 allows the CS to finish. Should put out a warning for future players.

Works if you play at the game's designed 30 FPS.
