Add Plugin Banner #1

Hey I whipped this up just for fun feel free to take it or leave it. As far as a plugin icon we would get in trouble for using slacks so do you have any ideas?

edit: Also i realized i committed my changes to my master branch :frowning:

Thank you for your support !

Adding plugin banners is a good idea, but .gitattributes and .gitignore files containing IDE specific definitions. I'm not sure we really need these files.

What do you think about merging just Add Plugin Banner commit ?

Like i said i accidentally did this on the master timeline instead of a branch so the pull request got a little screwy.
