Changes and notes

Daniel and I found several manufacturers for much less than OSHPARK and have opted for a single board to limit complexity. Please review and comment

@dfrister boards are updated and v2.2 is in BlockBoard as default output.

Note we need to make sure to check the format file expectations wherever we order from and adjust by hand if need be.

Orders folder created with the files for U&I PCB (quickturnpcb.co.kr). Contains gerber file list as requested on the website as well as the 50 part BOM for populating the boards.For this design minimum drill size is 16mil.
