[PAS] Beastars 2nd Season #68

PAS titled their second season of Beastars with "[PAS] Beastars S2 - 13" and the numbering starts at 13.

Note that if the series airs for more than 12 episodes, this is going to cause issues for all other releases (e.g. the actual 13th episode will be identified as the 1st episode).

When I checked it seemed only 12 were ordered for this season, but feel free to adjust it as needed. Also other groups may have other ways of numbering, but PAS seem to be the most popular and only full season pre-netflix fansubbers.

For reference, other cases where this issue happens are: Boku no Hero Academia Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works (TV) Probably others as well, it's a bit unavoidable unfortunately (unless Taiga wants to start asking users which episode they are truly watching, episode 13 of S1 or episode 13 of S2?)
