Fixed the link issue of the 'Next Page' button pointing from page 10 to page 11 in the English and Traditional Chinese Markdown documents.
In the Chinese and English 'syntax' documents, the 'Next Page' button on page 10 of the 'array' document points to the wrong link. Therefore, a simple fix was made, and some parts of the Simplified Chinese translation were polished to make it easier to understand.
