Doesn't seem to work in Dev Build 3131 #96

I recently updated to the dev build 3131 and it seems the plugin stopped working. I removed and reinstalled it from Package Control to no effect. I manually installed it to no effect.

The commands are available from the popup menu, however running them doesn't do anything. I don't see any messages in the console about errors, just nothing happens.

How can I go about debugging what is happening?

And... it just started working. Who knows.
