New port requests: Bionic, ART #138

For some reason, there's no way for me to specify "Enhancement" instead of
"Defect" here, but let's be clear: Given how easy it was to port things like
Bash and OpenAL to NaCl, what makes porting Android's core runtime environment
to NaCl any different?

Given that Sundar Pichai has indeed demoed Android apps on Chromebooks at I/O,
however, it only makes sense that at least something along those lines is
indeed being developed internally...

There is an experimental bionic-based toolchain that we are working on, but its
currently only builds arm binaries. If you'd like to try it you can build it
yourself or download it from the builders:

In terms for building bionic as a library in naclports, its not something that
is being worked on, but feel free to upload patches if you'd like to get it
building.
