'Enable' and 'Disable' in console log #99

Rikaikun prints 'Enable' and 'Disable' to console log at various times.  This 
is particularly annoying to developers who are using the log for other purposes 
as it sometimes floods the window.  (I believe this happens when you use other 
tabs.)

I would expect it to only output things to the console when in debug mode.

Yes, having a debug mode for printing messages is probably correct.  It wasn't 
so common at one point but iFrames and maybe some code path changes seem to 
have increased the frequency in certain pages.
