At https://github.com/erigontech/erigon/issues/4679#issuecomment-1312064790 we introduced mutex-contention:

deprecatedForEach is very slow method and it holding write mutex for very long time maybe also related to:

Possible ways:

to use thread-safe LRU
to not return blobs: https://github.com/erigontech/erigon/issues/12864
to switch from deprecatedForEach to something less-consistent (i guess txpool_content doesn't really care about consistency)
I did small tweak: https://github.com/erigontech/erigon/pull/12865
