Add "Reviewed by Hound" badge #68

@salbertson is there another badge that shows the hound status rather than just "reviewed"?

@erikbern no, and I'm not sure if that would work well since Hound usually runs on branches in Pull Requests. What status would be helpful?

@salbertson would be cool to have a badge like “0 hound violations” or similar
