Implement Q620M support #4

This tablet is very similar and works well with this script. The only somewhat "big" change is dial support.

Awesome, appreciate the contribution and thanks for keeping the changes minimal. Patch looks good at a glance but I'll take another look later.

Can you, for future reference, also post some of the raw data from hidraw for the dial? (In the comments here is fine.) I hope to collect and document that kind of stuff somewhere so that the code is easier to work on.
