"Display Cover Art" menu option #113

Any format which has a blorb file, the interpreter could peek in and look for cover art.

(Possibly goes with https://github.com/erkyrath/lectrote/issues/19 .)

Implemented. This will probably require further tweaks as I update the HL bound app, but it works for the general case.
