Update Emglken, now with TADS support! #123

TADS will need an icon.

There will be some build files that still refer to the old Emglken files, I didn't change those (though I did fix emglken/build.py)

Oh, I also didn't change README, LICENSE, about page, etc...

TADS status windows will still be unhappy until you do something for https://github.com/erkyrath/glkote/issues/42 (commenting out the padding will work as a temporary solution).

So quite a lot of followup actually... would you like me to look at updating the text files etc?

Thank you greatly!

I've added the icon and updated makedist.py to list the new files. And updated the README and LICENSE files.

I will tackle the status window scrolling soon.
