Submit Lectrote to the Mac App Store #143

The https://github.com/erkyrath/lectrote/releases page has a list of zips and has to provided Mac users instructions to select the right platform (or to use universal, but this wastes bytes).

If Lectrote were on the Mac App Store, the App Store could select the right platform automagically.

This seems like a pretty trivial reason to use the App Store. (Wouldn't it just have the universal version anyway?)

Anecdotal history from watching the I7 release process implies that MAS support is an enormous headache.

I believe that the Mac App Store is smart enough to send just the right files that the user's computer needs.
