ZVM: one minor fix not worth mentioning in the Lectrote changelog (preserve flags 1 bit 1)
Emglken: accept non-integer metrics (fixes #133)
TADS: better support for the banner system so that grid windows are used properly (https://github.com/tads-intfic/tads-runner/pull/14)
