Hard to tell where last unread message is #681

Reading scrollback, I struggle to figure out where I last got to and have to guess based on the outstanding message count. irccloud shows a line until you've scrolled back to it, and then forward to the present time, could Shout do something similar?

An unread marker was implemented in Shout's official community fork, The Lounge here: thelounge/lounge#332
