Getting error page on first login

[GoogleCodeExporter]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clear browser cache
2. Go to login screen
3. log in, with proper pwd

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see a logged-in screen. Instead I see an error screen.
Reloading the page fixes the problem.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r187 - on the dev server

Please provide any additional information below.
Maybe this is happening due to cookies? Perhaps checking server logs as to
what exactly causes that error page might help.

Does clearing V2bb help?
That fixes things for me.
