Dear all,

thanks at first for the lovely product. I am currently doing my first steps with it and stumbled over a problem which I wanted to raise as an issue:

1#I defined a geometry in Qgis for the FlowAreas2D layer within UTM29N with roundabout coordinates at 610544,1404160 2#When importing this geometry into Hec-Ras 5.01 the shape, points and cells are all correctly displayed analog to Qgis, but the location has move to 186177,427994

I am running this under Windows 7 and Germany language configuration. I have compared the export from Rivergis to an export made from Hec-Ras and I cannot find the issue.

Any hints are most welcome.

Best wishes

Sebastian

OK, I found the issues. Then importing the geometry I had selected IMPERIAL as units. Gosh sorry
