Flaml AutoML #1

Just installed lazyqsar in a new system and I got stuck at this error reported here: https://github.com/microsoft/FLAML/issues/1193

We need to add the [automl] flag to FLAML -- seems we will have to do this across all our tools that are using FLAML @miquelduranfrigola

I've solved that in this commit, it now installs flaml fine: https://github.com/ersilia-os/lazy-qsar/commit/e2124704e234b9851f11c9e083ad75a9d7065b16
