This is not so much an issue as a "how to" change request

When you select Image Manipulation in File Upload Preferences, the plugin automatically creates a folder with an underscore e.g. _newfolder.

The problem is this underscore cause viewing issues in Safari and Chrome when used as a path for plugin's such as e.g. fancybox

Is it possible to change / add code so the folder is now output with a underscore?

Hi David I'm not sure I fully understand the problem you're getting. Could you elaborate a little please?
