using blog with theme #12

First, I love these theme and I appreciate all the hard work that went into making it.

I'd like to be able to use a traditional blog with this theme. I created a directory named "blog" in the "content" directory, but that didn't work.

I also commented out the following line in the config.toml:

# disableKinds = ["section", "taxonomy", "taxonomyTerm", "RSS", "sitemap"]

but that didn't work either. Do you know how I could implement this?

I'm new to Hugo, so I don't know enough about it to even know what question to ask, so if there's anything you can point me to, I'd appreciate that.

Hello @mbc3 Thank you very much for your appreciations. The initial split theme was designed exclusively for a single page. I had extended it to be able to display other subpages (e.g. an imprint) as well. For blog entries, the theme is currently not designed. Have a look at suitable themes for blogs on https://themes.gohugo.io/tags/blog/. I think another theme makes more sense for your project. Many greetings Felix
