Remove carpentries CoC from webpage #4

Should I add our own CoC instead? Or just leave it out.

Remove, we don't have a CoC yet, but we have a description of expected and unwelcome behaviour in the collaborative doc. We don't need it in the workshop page. That may change when we have a CoC
