fetchtype LAZY doesn not work #3

Does not work because we do not handle the session.

Is needed because:

increases server performance
avoids unneeded chain loading (user loads all bookmarked adverts, for each advert its bookmarking users are loaded, for each bookmarking user its bookmarked adverts are loaded... nightmare)
