ON INA219 INTERFACE THE SHUNTRESISTANCE IS NOT CORRECT #543

The shunt_resistance of 0.1Ohm will not output the correct power. The value of 0.001Ohm will correct it but the physical resistor is still R100 also 0.1Ohm.
