support for BL6523GX power meter #976

Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like

this is a cheap power meter for main sockets, my objective is to add the ESP8266 to get UART connection and be able to measure in Home Assistant.

Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:

I have tried the sonoff pow but I do have to make a cable for the sockets, I do prefer to use this cheap power meters with digital display is some places in the house.

Additional context

the son off pow seams to use same 4800 baud rate, may be this chip can be added easily to the esphome menu sensors. BL6523GX.pdf 20201102_104730
