The geospatial engine should only offer the same methods like the GeometryEngine of ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Runtime, but having all the capabilities into one hand-build with pride optimized geospatial module.

Esri implemented a GeoAnalytics On-Demand Engine as an interface for Apache Spark that provides a collection of spatial SQL functions and spatial analysis tools. These functions and tools run in a distributed environment using Python code. See the documentation GeoAnalytics On-Demand Engine
