Unable to set up authentication for Essential import Utility #2

Hi,

I am using the standalone Opensource version. I deployed the import utility war file but however unable to get the authentication working for the import utility. I was able to enable auth for Essential viewer but cannot follow the same procedure for Import utility. I enabled the eipadmin role in essential import utility, and added the role to the tomcat users, still no go. Any advise is appreciated.
