Minor improvements?

Hey, great extension, thank you for your work!

I've changed few things in my version:

• Added code to extract conversation name that's been assigned by OpenAI from the list on the left. XPath query string that I use is quite long and might break in future, but for now it seems to work all right for me.
• I've changed the regex used to capture language name from code blocks as it sometimes didn't seem to work correctly for me.
• File name is now formatted as "ChatGPT_Time_ConvName.md", so it's easier to figure out what the conversation was about without going into contents of specific files.

Idk if you're interested in any of those changes, but feel free to include any of it if you want. I'm not a JS programmer at all, so check code for obvious mistakes before using too, but it seems to work on my machine™ and on few conversations that I've tried to save.

Thank you for these improvements! I'm happy to merge them after testing locally. I'm not a JS dev professionally either so won't be overly critical on JS code style ;) It's a mix anyway with some of the JS being my own and some ChatGPT's suggestions
