can you make another copy to clipboard button? #36

creating a file and opening it is a pain, a clipboard feature would be much appreciated

Right now holding shift while clicking on the download button should copy the chat to the clipboard. Adding another button for copying to the nav menu would make it too crowded imo, especially when you have a lot of items in the chat history list. Maybe a button with a copy icon could be placed somewhere in the chat panel.

I was just looking for an FF addon with feature like that, would be great to have such copy button for chatgpt replies

@koteyur OpenAI seems to have added a copy button next to replies.

it's be nice if there was a popup hint you can copy the conversation to clipboard by shift-clicking, with a small toast that it was copied to clipboard.

I was browsing through the source code, trying to add the clipboard feature, when I saw it has been added already. This is a real neat and user friendly feature, and should be promoted more.
