Keep multiple copies of the headers/keyslots throughout the volume

Just a random idea I had when reading the FAQ. Since apparently quite a few 
people manage to damage their headers, why not repeat this rather valuable 
information a few times, e.g. after every 10% of the total size. In that case 
even if the main header at the beginning was damaged, one could scan for backup 
headers and use those to restore the main one instead.

Repeating header means also increasing threat that old header will remain on 
device somewhere. Whateverm there is already issue#77 for it.
