Webcal Support #96

Would nice to be able to sync webcals with etesync. They wouldn't necessarily need to be e2e encrypted but just sync them across devices with the user's other calendars.

I could have sworn there was already a ticket about this. Maybe in one of the other repos. Either way, yeah, that's wanted!
