Implement Tensorboard for modynclient #339

In #317, tensorboard is disabled. We would like to implement tensorboard for the refactored modyn where one supervisor server serves multiple clients.

@MaxiBoether Iirc we removed the tensorboard logging support completely. Should we close this?
