Draft: Update MIMIC-IV to 2.2 #38

This updates the data-sources.json to use v2.2 of MIMIC-IV. I don't suggest we merge this, as this change would not be backward compatible. In particular, ~20% of patient records have been removed.

Close this PR in favour of #45 (differences between the two PRs have been compared and resolved).
