Issue on page /02.02-more_python_concepts.html #9

While this is called "02.02" here on GitHub, it says "5" (rather than "4") in the title in the rendering... not sure where this should be fixed, but it effects all the subsequent title-numbering...

Yes, I've been aware of this one for a long time, and still can't figure it out. Something to do with the _toc yaml file I suppose, but I haven't found the error yet. Still hunting!

OMG, I finally figured out what was causing this! Should be fixed now. Thanks Alfred and Andreas!
