My money is also freezed. But i hope that my money and your money is not lost!

Do not delete C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\Ethereum

Maybe one wonderful day the developer patch that issue. but i'm not rich and i want sell or transfer the coins but it does not work if the network is not fully synced.

The problems seem to the developer however no preference. I could not even find a feedback to solve the problem. It closes many messages simply without solving them. Probably hater already enough money from us dusted ?

Thats the same issue: If your wallet is not synced with the network you can not receive coins or send Coins

i have 11 connections but he dont sync to the network.

i renamed the folder C:\Users\Link\AppData\Roaming\Ethereum\geth\chaindata to C:\Users\Link\AppData\Roaming\Ethereum\geth\chaindataBAVKUP

Then i open CMD Line and type cd c:/programme/geth and then geth --fast --cache 1024

Open the Ethereum Wallet. Important (maybe, i do that)

Now he Synced to 100% after round 4 1/2 hours (SSD)

If i sycned to 100% my ETH is BACK!!!

4 All if you wait for Transaction you can do that. Your Transaction or ETH Balance can onkly be correct if your Wallet is 100% synced. So you can use this Work Around to become your ETHs!

If i try to check the transaction number, it just doesnt exist... i guess my ether is LOST IN TRANSACTION ^^ well in fact no ^^ but :/

i did that already for the few ethers left on my account (0.59 ETH) and it worked within the 30 seconds... unfortunatly i should have done this for all my ETH.... but i didnt know i could... The point is: WHERE ARE MY 3.59 ETH???? if they are not in the blockchain, not on my account and if the transaction number does not exist???? That's why i call my situation LOST IN TRANSACTION... Maybe Mr EHEREUM BLOCKCHAIN could give my money back? I am quit sure that HIS account shows more than 3.59 ETH... good for him but very very bad for me....

Yeah it is the good transac number. I sent my ETH on my kraken account. That's why i am pretty sure that they are lost...

Its not the first time i send ETH on my kraken account but for this transac particularly it did not work. Just can't figure out what happended. But i dont understand why my ETH are not coming back on my wallet if the transac failed...

if you sent from kraken to your Eth Wallet on PC you can get in touch with kraken support? Maybe they can help.

If you sent from your ETH PC Wallet to kraken it is maybe the same issue on protocall why so many users have issues to sync.

Can you give us your transaction number?

there is no transactio with this number known. Last way is the kraken support :/

I only know that any transaction gets an individual Number like the Transaction code from Paypel etc. and if that Code is not right ....:( Sorry that i cant help you to get your money Back , thats a shame and the developers dont write any line to so many issues :(

Check your wallet balance at etherscan.io or myetherwallet.com using your account address - if the Ether is there. you can relax. You can 1) wait for your Ethereum wallet to be fully synced to show the balance (in my case, it look more than a week and it is still not fully synced. maybe because my computer is old) 2) import your Ether to another wallet. I chose to import my Ether to a different application. I was recommended to use Jaxx because of its user-friendly interface for non-technical people. Here is what i did: download the Jaxx application to my phone; create a wallet go to https://www.myetherwallet.com/#send-transaction. here i chose the Keystore File to access my wallet. I uploaded my Keystore File (you can find it in your Ethereum wallet => Account => Backup). Once the Keystore File is uploaded, I can view my private keys and download the paper wallet (the QR code with your public and private key); I downloaded my paper wallet Go to Jaxx application on my phone. Open Tools => Transfer Paper Wallet. Here it asked me to scan the private keys (QR code) of the wallet i wish to transfer from. I confirmed. The Ether got transferred to the new account on Jaxx. I think here the key is if you just want to make sure you Ether is there and not missing: just check the balance online (Step 1) . If you want to trade, you either have to wait for the wallet to fully sync or use another application (https://www.myetherwallet.com or Jaxx) to access your wallet with your private keys.
