Ethereum not showing up #3326

Hi, i am so frustrated as i have transferred 12.857 ETH from the exchange to Bitbay deposit address 0x3F61147412C77C9C78F1DBABcDf147da796697DE, however, i still can't see the Ethereum showing up after few hours. i need your help to tell me what i should do to get it back. thanks a lot! bitbay capture

you are sure that the blockchain already downloaded completely ? I can't download it for 5 days (due to stopping of downloading and freezing the client ....), but I checked my wallet in public list,and it's OK.
