[x] pre-select compiler version based on "pragma"
[ ] enable switching compiler versions (maybe with a dropdown menu)
[ ] add UI for selecting compiler version and compile button
[ ] indicate downloaded/cached compilers (maybe with option to "download & cache all/nightly/release")
