What do you think about incorporting quick-to-cook meals like scrambled eggs on toast into your menu? That might offer some variety if you feel like something different in the morning from time to tme.

@nchlswhttkr I definitely think that I'll need to spice things up now and again, maybe subbing in scrambled eggs on toast for scrambled tofu. I've enjoyed eating the same thing so far, but I think you're right that I'll need some variety to keep things interesting.
