Gitian: Initial reproducible build documentation #301

This is my initial attempt at an inclusive documentation of the reproducible build system. It currently links to some other documents in the Armory source tree, such as the Linux documentation, that goes into more detail about the specific platform. It also links to Bitcoin Core documentation in a couple of places. And it doesn't yet include any documentation of signing and verifying with Gitian.

Thanks, Joseph. I'm going to leave this open for a little while so that the docs can be updated over time. I'm also going to add some comments in a bit.

@droark - So I went through and made the changes. The only problem might be that the Swig site directs people to Sourceforge to download Swig. But I put the link in for now.

Finally catching up on some of these PRs. Will start by merging this one. I think all my comments were covered here or there eventually, so it all should be fine.
