Screen goes black after display change on Windows 10 #696

While on any screen, whether its ScreenGameplay or ScreenSongSelect, if another monitor is disconnected or connected or a screen resolution change happens on any monitor, Etterna will show a blank screen until the game is restarted. Etterna can still receive input from any device and gameplay can still happen, but there is no video output in the window. This does not happen on stock StepMania 5 so it is not a game engine related issue. This will only happen on Etterna.

Known, just lazy to fix. This can be fixed on the fly by toggling fullscreen and windowed with alt+enter or some other combo.
