Redirect storyboard url to first panel #45

Currently I have to go to https://eucp-project.github.io/storyboards/atlas/1_intro to find the storyboard for the atlas. https://eucp-project.github.io/storyboards/atlas doesn't work. It would be nice if that link redirects to the first panel.

No longer necessary. Stories no longer have sub-routes after #57
