UG Should define how stock is obtained #20

Here, users won't know what stock means. Is it in relation to the threshold? Moreover, the percentage ranges don't really say what they are a percent of.

Downgraded severity from medium to low.

Accepted that did not explicitly explain what is stock, but the percentages are derived from the formula given above.
