Great article! Regarding product / service demos: in addition to building Flask Apps, using a dashboarding tool like Streamlit or Dash is super useful to quickly showcase findings and interact with stakeholders (and the wider internal community in one's organization)

Thanks for the kind words!

On EODDs, I treat it like stand-ups, so about 15 minutes. Nonetheless, if someone needs more time (and is passionate enough to stay back after work), I'm happy to oblige.
