Add European Ground Motion Service (EGMS) Example to GTIF AT #2468

EODC was tasked to suggest this new dataset/service as new layer in GTIF:

WFS EODC please use the "Vlbg_EGMS_L3_E" and "Vlbg_EGMS_L3_U" from this Service.

Description:

To monitor specifically slow soil and mass movements, a continous analysis and of current and historic data is needed. This Service provides soil- and massmovement analysis based on advanced technologies of differential SAR-Interferometry (DInSAR) based on Sentinel-1 Radar satellite data.

We provide an alternative view on the data from the European Ground Motion Service, which includes information on East-West Ground movements as well as subsidence and the lift of the ground. The spatial resolution is 100 x 100 m per point. An austrian specific service Subsidence and Landslide Monitoring Service Austria (SuLaMoSA) is available on request through the contact on the INTERFACE Website.
