T-shirts

If we agree with t-shirt in the Bag of the participant then we should check for offers. I have a friend of mine in TheLab, we could ask for prices for 600 t-shirts.

I stongly suggest we make t-shirts an optional "benefit" which people, for a price, select when they book their ticket.

Αύριο 15/05/2013 θα έχουμε κατά 99% τιμές για τα σχέδια/χρώματα. Σε κάθε προμηθευτή θα ζητηθεί και demo. Ζήτησα προσφορές και για τα δύο σχέδια ώστε να έχουμε τιμες και να πάρουμε τελική απόφαση. Αναλαμβάνω να και 8 μπλούζες για το committee και μπλούζες για εθελοντές με διαφορετική σήμανση εκατέρωθεν

Βέβαια για την διαφορετική σήμανση θα προτιμούσα την άποψη - όποιος έχει - τι να γράφει ή πως να διαφοροποιείται. Δύο ιδέες έχω:

• διαφορετικό χρώμα π.χ. ροζ για το committee κίτρινο για εθελοντές
• λεκτικό στην πλάτη, π.χ. UNICORNS

Το χρωμα δουλευει καλυτερα, εχει πολυ καλυτερο visibility, και θα πρεπει να ειναι διαφορετικο χρωμα απο τις μπλουζες που δινουμε στιυς delegates. Επισης, 1 χρωμα για μας κ τους volunteers, γιατι αλλιως μπερδευεται το πραμα. Ολοι θα ειναι με tshirt (καλοκαιρι), θελουμε ξεκαθαρη και μονοσημαντη σημανση. Το 1 χρωμα ειναι σημαντικο, own experience.

Δεν τιθεται θεμα χρωμα ´η λεκτικο. Χρωμα υποχρεωτικα, ειδαλλως θα εχουμε προβλημα. Τωρα, εαν επιπλεον θελουμε και να γραφει κατι, no problem. Unicorn, cuccumber οτι θελετε.

So:

• We go for both colours and both designs
• 520 delegates
• Distribution aided by questionnaire (stats are available through Form -> Show summary of responses)
• 60 t-shirts for the organizers+volunteers (two for each) (red...ish)

@damphyr will handle the distribution

Deliverable:

xls containing detailed numbers for each type/design/colour/size. Where

• type = normal/slim (women)
• design = one stamp/both stamps (top/side)
• colour = white/black
• size = (see sizes from questionnaire form)

(The combinations are too many IMHO. I must say I am against different colours or design, it will complicate things and people will start asking for specific colours/designs)

Straight up projections based on simple percentages from the questionnaire sample are now in the 'Distribution' sheet. I'd split the colours in half and then half again for the designs but we don't actually need as many as 4 for some sizes. The design split I leave to whoever actually goes and orders them.

Design for tshirts are accepted, at last, by the manufacturer. I will tune distribution to 520 and send em.

Final Price for TShirts

2897 euros for 580 t-shirts 200 euros for the extra work in telara (their first offer did not include 4 different designs) 100 euros for packaging

3197 euros in total. This price does not include VAT

@fotos we r "eating" the budget a little. Please update and tell if the 10 euros for each attendee include or not VAT

@chief I updated the budget accordingly (and made the price bold i.e. fixed). You went overbudget by 250 € (in total including VAT). No big deal, I think we'll be OK, but let's try to stick to the budget. The t-shirt costs 5€ per delegate excluding VAT or 6,15 € including VAT.

Which 10€ are you referring to? I don't have a total amount for "stuff" (bag, tshirt, etc.) per delegate. Instead there is a number for each item which doesn't include VAT. Most likely the 10€ you are referring to does not include VAT.
